Description:
A stunning, rare plaque from the High Pottery of Newbottle, in the north east of England. Very well potted with a deep, bold border, relief moulded decorations to the corners. Decorated using deep, bright pink lustre surrounding the monochrome transfer of the iconic verse.
Circa 1845-65
Approx - 7.75 inches (195mm) wide x 6.75 inches (170mm) high.
In very good condition throughout.
